The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) is issuing a request for proposal for accomplishing the USCGC HEALY Dock-side Repairs in Fiscal Year 2021. This procurement is 100% set-aside for certified HUBZone small-business contractors. The dockside is to be performed at 1519 Alaskan Way S., Seattle, WA 98134. This requirement will result in the award of a single firm fixed price Requirements ship repair contract. To receive an award, the Contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov/SAM/ . The estimated ordering period for this Requirements contract is from date of contract award to 10 June 2021. The contract is expected to be awarded on or about 04 December 2020. The following is provided as information only and is not to be construed as a commitment on the part to the Government: It is anticipated that the first task order will be awarded shortly after contract award and would include contract line items (CLINs) 001 to 037 and a period of performance of 05 January 2021 to 10 May 2021.
