The purpose of this amendment is to respond to prospective offerors questions, revise Attachement #1 Scope of Work and to extend Solicitation Closeing Date. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.5 procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 70Z08521QP4501500 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is issued as a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 336611 applies to this RFQ, and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees. The proposed contract to be awarded by the United States Coast Guard (USCG) shall be for DOCKSIDE repairs to the items as specified in Attachment 2 – Statement of Work (SOW) - Specification.
