Amendment 04 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide the Government's responses to Requests for Clarifications submitted by Industry. The hour and date specified for receipt of offers is NOT extended by this amendment. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect. In accordance with Section E2 FAR 52.212-1 Addendum (B)(5) of the solicitation, offerors are required to include a signed copy of each amendment with their quotation submission. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 03 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the quotation due date (Section B8) of the Request for Quote document from 1400 EST Friday, 03 September 2021 to 1800 EST Tuesday, 07 September 2021 to allow the Government additional time to respond to technical Requests for Clarifications (RFCs) received from industry. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect. In accordance with Section E2 FAR 52.212-1 Addendum (B)(5) of the solicitation, offerors are required to include a signed copy of each amendment with their quotation submission. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 02 - The purpose of this amendment is to update the Contracting Officer information in the Request for Quote document. This amendment also extends the quotation due date (Section B8) of the Request for Quote document from Tuesday, 31 August 2021 to Friday, 03 September 2021 to allow the Government time to respond to Requests for Clarifications received from industry. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect. In accordance with Section E2 FAR 52.212-1 Addendum (B)(5) of the solicitation, offerors are required to include a signed copy of each amendment with their quotation submission. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 01 - The purpose of this amendment is to update the consolidated list of references (CLR) in Attachment (2), Specs. The amendment also revises the due dates for requests for drawings (Section B7) and clarifications (Section B8) of the Request for Quote document. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect. Please refer to the attached documents for the requried specifications and submission requirements for this solicitation. Please see the addendum to FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (RFQ page 39) for specific guidance for submitting quotations. Failure of a quote to show compliance with these instructions, to include providing all required information in the format specified, may be grounds for exclusion of the quote from further consideration.
