Firms are encouraged to demonstrate their capabilities to the government; capabilities statements should also include pricing for the requirement. Additional delivery information for individual rooms shall be provided at time of award. The USCG shall evaluate the responses in order to make a sole source award in accordance with FAR 6.302-2 and FAR Part 13.
