Firms are encouraged to demonstrate their capabilities to the government; capabilities statements should also include pricing for the requirement. Preference for all USCGC JAMES crew members to be lodged in one or as few hotels as possible. The USCG shall evaluate the responses in order to make a sole source award in accordance with FAR 6.302-2 and FAR Part 12 and Subpart 13.5.
