PLEASE INDICATE DATE OPTIONS. Scope of work in attachement section includes details of the equipment to be serviced and its requirements. The Coast Guard proposes to enter into an agreement with a contractor to provide all parts and labor for reoccurring maintenance on the equipment detailed in paragraph 1.2 Equipment. The contractor shall leave behind 1 gallon of each type of fluid in an approved container with MSDS to facilitate top offs throughout the year (grease excluded). The location where maintenance is expected to be performed is 632 Coast Guard Drive Cheboygan MI, 49721 (no exceptions). All work shall be completed IAW the manufacture’s maintenance manual or technical publications as applicable. A report shall be generated by contractor for all equipment maintenance/service and given to the Coast Guard.
