This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotations incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-84 dated Nov 1, 2015. The NAICS Code is 336611. The Small Business Size Standard is 7.5M. This is a total small business set aside. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by the agency. The contract will be awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. **For purposes of evaluation and award, Past Performance is considered to be more important than Price. The United States Coast Guard Surface Force Logistics Center has a requirement for the following: Valve Information: 6" RVB U107959403. PARTS: Leslie Valve Size- 6", S/N- 11S382-05, CAGE: 35795, Class- RVB, Rating temp- 150-220, Body- BRZ, Trim- Monel, Normally- Open, Span @ zero body press- 5-16.5, Max open Air- 60 Work to be perform: Leslie valves and pneumatic pilot controller overhaul Coordinate with Leslie Factory Authorized, OEM Repair Center and properly packaging and shipping of removed valve to their facility. Request valve undergo the OEM’s standard overhaul and restored to like new condition with their 1 year warranty. Complete disassembly and inspection of the valves. Chemically and mechanically cleaning all parts. Reassembling using Genuine Leslie standard replacement parts. Proper operational testing in accordance with Leslie’s test procedures.
