This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotations incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-84 dated Nov 1, 2015. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by the agency. The contract will be awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. Past performance will be considered in the selection of the awarded vendor. The United States Coast Guard Surface Force Logistics Center has a requirement for the following: USCG SFLC LREPL Project Management Professional Virtual Course Statement of Work This solicitation is seeking proposals to conduct 3 sessions of a virtual online training course catering to personnel stationed in three separate time zones. The training should help prepare the students and meet the requirements for the PMI PMP certification. These courses should at a minimum meet the following requirements: 35 hours of project management education/training or CAPMĀ® Certification Virtual Training Environment Design and provide course materials, course curriculum, and course timelines. Executed during the prescribed working hours of the prescribed work weeks Tools and one-on-one assistance for the PMP Exam Application Payment for 1 PMP Exam per person Each individual will be responsible for providing their own computer and internet access to attend the virtual course. Additional services will be evaluated when evaluating the bids for this solicitation to determine what results in the greatest overall benefit to the government.
