Lodging requirements. The Contractor shall provide quality temporary lodging, for 50 Coast Guard personnel within a 20-mile radius of Vallejo, California 94592. Occupancy particulars. Provide 20 double occupancy and 10 single occupancy rooms for Coast Guard personnel. The Contractor shall provide confirmation that their room availability schedule can accommodate a potential 45 day extension. This quantity of extended days is estimated for evaluation purposes only. Facility shall meet at a minimum the requirements of either three stars for a Forbes (formerly Mobil) Travel Guide rating, three diamonds for an American Automotive Association (AAA) rating or Cranley Rating Level six. Parking. The Contractor shall ensure that the lodging facility have parking available for a minimum of 25 vehicles during the entire duration of the stay. Commencement and completion.
