COMBINED SYNOPSIS/ SOLICITATION HYDRAULIC CYLINDER IDIQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-01 dated December 20, 2018. This requirement is being solicited as total small business set aside using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The NAICS Code is 333995- Fluid Power Cylinder and Actuator Manufacturing with a business size standard of 750 employees. The solicitation number is 70Z085-19-Q-40001B00.
