DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Contractor shall perform ships service diesel engine, top end overhaul & associated work for USCGC WILLOW (WLB 202), a 225' Seagoing Buoy Tender all in exact accordance with this solicitation and the attached specification. See Attachment 2. CONTRACT TYPE: This solicitation is a request for quotes (RFQ) that will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract solicited under FAR PART 12 and FAR Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, subject to availability of funds. CONTRACT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The performance period for this requirement is March 12, 2019 through April 11, 2019. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The place of performance is the cutter's homeport. QUESTIONS: It is strongly encouraged to submit questions regarding this solicitation by 15 February 2019 at 11:00 AM Pacific Time to allow adequate time for response. After this date further requests may not be accepted due to time constraints.
