The Contractor shall provide all material, equipment, labor, supervision, tools, transportation, and other items or services necessary for the fabrication and delivery of polyurethane foam-filled, unlighted steel river buoys in accordance with the U.S. Coast Guard Ocean Engineering Specifications No.455, Revision F, and related specifications and drawings. The buoys are manufactured of steel and filled with polyurethane foam. Buoys are polyurethane foam filled, unlighted radar reflective, 6th class, including Nun and Can Buoy shapes, which can be red or green in color. Costs for first article testing should be incorporated into unit prices. Interested parties should submit bids inclusive first article testing costs, buoy costs, and shipping as well as examples and validation of past performance. Evaluation will be made based on price, technical acceptability, and past performance.
