The United States Coast Guard, Sector St. Petersburg, is issuing this solicitation to procure Mess Attendant Services in support of its Dining Facility operations. The purpose of this requirement is to ensure the consistent provision of quality support services that contribute to the delivery of nutritious, prepared meals to authorized patrons. These services play a critical role in fostering morale, promoting camaraderie among personnel, and maintaining a professional image of the Coast Guard within the local community. The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the dining facility in a clean, attractive, and sanitary condition at all times, in accordance with all applicable military standards and dining facility protocols. Tasks include but are not limited to: dining area setup and breakdown, serving line support, dishwashing, and general sanitation duties. Adherence to proper military etiquette and food service standards is mandatory. Authorized patrons of the dining facility include assigned enlisted personnel, officers, civilian employees, and their authorized guests.
