The purpose of this amendment is to provide Questions and Answers and to provide an updated Schedule of Services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement for Helo Hoist Vessel support services as described in the Statement of Work. The U.S. Coast Guard, COCO, Operational Logistics Command (LOG-9), Regional Contracting Southeast (LOG-93), intends to acquire the services outlined in the solicitation utilizing procedures in FAR Part 12, Acquistion of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This solicitation is issued as set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 488390 with a size standard of $47 Million. 1. Please read the entire solicitation, including all attachments, to ensure completion of all required representations, certifications, and submissions. You must acknowledge all solicitation amendments issued by the Government. 2. Your offer shall include ALL of the documents and information listed in the solicitation; and your offer shall be received by this office at or before February 6, 2026, 12:00PM EST, to be eligible for award.
