Accordingly, a competitive solicitation will be issued. The Coast Guard intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole-source procurement (under FAR authority 6.302) to Shaw Shooting, Inc, 834 East 2700 South, Hagerman, ID 93332 for the following: 23 Attendees 5 – Day Pistol Carbine Course - designed to provide Advanced Tactical Operators (ATO) with in-depth weapons handling, improve shooting accuracy, and tactical positioning. The course covers both basic and advanced weapons handling techniques. Night Shoot Please see attached Statement of Work (SOW) for more details. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation, however all responsible sources who believe they can meet all of the requirements may submit a capability statement that demonstrates clear and convincing evidence of capability, addressing the points identified above.
