This is a Sources Sought Synopsis only pursuant to FAR Part 10, Market Research. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), or Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach.
