This requirement, initiated by Training Center Yorktown, is to have a contractor provide all services, management, execution, administration, planning, programming, supervision, personnel, labor, materials, supplies, parts, tools, vehicles, transportation, and equipment (except those items specified as Government-furnished) to perform the Barracks Management Services. These services include Barracks Monitoring/Hotel Type Front Desk Operations, Custodial/Janitorial Services, and Linen Services at TRACEN Yorktown as specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) to maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment for all the residents, military/civilian personnel and members of the general public. This requirement will be for 8a set aside. Only 8a who are interested in this requirement or can meet the requirements for the future RFQ, shall send technical capabilities statements. Please review the PWS fully to make sure your company is capable of meeting these requirements.
