This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.5 procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (A) The solicitation number is 70Z08425QDL940011 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes (oral quotes will not be accepted). This requirement is for the U.S Coast Guard to purchase District 13 Berthing for USCG Reserve Management Branch (DXR). Use Attachment “Schedule of Services” to submit quote. (B) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05. (C) This acquisition is issued as 100% TOTAL SERVICE-DIABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) SET-ASIDE. The associated NAICS code is 721110 and the PSC code is V231. The type of contract is a FIRM FIXED PRICE.
