This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, effective January 17, 2025. This solicitation is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561730. The small business size standard is $8m. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. These services are being solicited under RFQ Number 70Z08425QAA752700. PLEASE CAREFULLY READ AND COMPLETE THE ENTIRE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT. The following information is highlighted for your attention: Be sure to complete all required prices set forth in the Schedule of Pricing, Unit Price and Total Amount information required. Be sure to read FAR Provision 52.212-1 Instruction to QUOTER – Commercial Items. Be sure that your offer reaches this office by the time and date specified and/or any amendments thereto. SITE VISIT: A Site Visit for this requirement is encouraged, but not required, and is scheduled for 22 April 2025 at 7:30 AM local time. Please email a list of attendees to the Contracting Officer’s Representative, Boris Abello, at boris.abello@uscg.mil and copy Contract Specialist, Brandy Moneymaker, at brandy.moneymaker2@uscg.mil by 3:00 PM EST, 15 April 2025. The email must include the first and last name of each attendee as well as a contact cellphone number. Offeror is limited to two (2) attendees. Each attendee must have a valid, Government issued ID to access the facility. A Government Representative will meet the site visit attendees at the front gate of the facility located at 100 MacArthur Causeway, Miami Beach, FL 33139 at 7:30 am local time QUESTIONS: Questions shall be submitted by 12:00 PM ET, 23 April 2025 via email to the Contract Specialist, Brandy Moneymaker at Brandy.Moneymaker2@uscg.mil. Telephone questions will not be accepted. QUOTER shall reference the solicitation number and provide enough information in their email so the Government can easily respond to their questions/concerns. All questions/concerns will be compiled and addressed on an “Amendment of Solicitation” and will be posted on the SAM.gov website for viewing by all potential QUOTER.
