This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The Request for Quotation number is 70Z08425Q000013 and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03. This acquisition is being solicited unrestricted. The NAICS is 532412. The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The Government proposes to solicit quotes for the following item(s): Contractor shall provide equipment rentals with delivery and pickup services for operational support at two project locations: Port Mackenzie and Port of Alaska. Port Security Unit 311 will be responsible pickup and drop-off of four Stake beds from the Anchorage rental shop (See SOW). AWARD: This purchase will be based on the following criteria: Lowest price for item that meets or exceeds specifications. Offers are due on May 1, 2025, by 1:00pm (PST). Offers must provide as a minimum: (1) solicitation number; (2) specifications, pictures and/or drawings for item being offered so that a determination can be made if item being offered meets the requirement (3) Point of contact name, telephone number and address, 4) Company UEI Number. Questions/Concerns: Offerors must exercise due diligence to identify and report any ambiguities, inconsistencies, or concerns regarding the information outlined in this solicitation. All questions must be submitted in writing NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED, to Contracting Officer, Terry Craft at terry.e.craft@uscg.mil, no later than April 29, 2025, at 12:00pm (PST). ABSOLUTELY NO follow-up or additional questions will be accepted after this deadline. Offerors shall reference the solicitation number and provide sufficient details in their email so that the Government can respond efficiently. All questions will be compiled and addressed in an Amendment to the Solicitation (SF-30), which will be posted on the SAM.gov website and made available to all potential offerors.
