This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.5 procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (A) The solicitation number is 70Z08425PDL940026 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes (oral quotes will not be accepted). This requirement is for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) to purchase Name Tapes and Badges for USCG PSU 307. See Attachment 02 “Scope of Work” for more detailed breakdown. Use Attachment 01 “Schedule of Services and Unit Prices” for the offeror to fill out. The Contractor shall price the services all-inclusive in accordance with the schedule. (B) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05. (C) This acquisition is issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The associated NAICS code is 314999 and the PSC code is 8455. The type of contract is a FIRM FIXED PRICE. Offerors may complete this online at SAM: www.sam.gov. An offeror must state in their offer if they completed FAR 52.212-3 with Alternate I online and that is it up-to-date and valid.
