This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.5 procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (A) The solicitation number is 70Z08424QPR240000059 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes (oral quotes will not be accepted). This requirement is for a Portable Workshop. (B) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. (C) This acquisition is issued as UNRESTRICTED. The associated NAICS code is 332311 and the small business size standard is 750 Employees. (D) Description/Statement of Work/Specification: Please refer to Attachment 1 – Statement of Work (SOW) (E) FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors—Commercial (Sep 2024), is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition. (F) Offerors are required to include a completed copy of FAR Provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Items, with its Alternate I (May 2024), with their offer. Offerors may complete this online at SAM: www.sam.gov. An offeror must state in their offer if they completed FAR 52.212-3 with Alternate I online and that is it up-to-date and valid.
