This notice is issued by the U.S. Coast Guard Operational Logistics Command (LOG-95), Norfolk, VA as a RFQ for preventive maintenance services (PMS) for Elevator Maintenance and Inspection at United States Coast Guard (USCG) Station Ponce de Leon, Florida. The period of performance will be for a Base Period of one-year and (4) one-year option periods for a total contract duration not to exceed five years from 7/15/2024 to 7/14/2029. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and any other items or services necessary to perform PMS for elevator inspection and maintenance equipment at Coast Guard STA Ponce de Leon in accordance with the PWS.
