AMENDMENT 1 The purpose of this Amendment 1 is to provide information to the vendors regarding the scheduled Site Visit which is going to be held at 10 am (EST) on May 3, 2024 at USCG Base Elizabeth City, NC. All interested vendors will meet at 10 am (EST) May 3, 2024 at Building 35 Base Command. Once in the Main Gate and Pass and ID office, stay on the main perimeter road about a mile or so until they see Bldg 35 which is close to the water. Please be prompt in attendance. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Office of Procurement and Contracting Commercial Support Services Branch (LOG-931) invites you to submit a quote to provide Pest Control Services at USCG Base Elizabeth City, Elizabeth City, NC with a base period beginning on or about 01 August 2024 through 31 July 2025, with four 12-month option periods, if exercised by the Government ending 31 July 2029. The total duration of this contract shall not exceed five (5) years. Quoters that have this capability are invited to submit quotations in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation.
