AMENDMENT 0005: 13 September 2023 See Attachment Amendment 0005 ORIGINAL: The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Director of Operational Logistics (DOL), Office of Procurement and Contracting, Commercial Support Services Branch (DOL-931), is procuring Mess Attendant Services for the USCG Training Center (TRACEN) YORKTOWN, where services will be performed on-site at the dining facilities. The TRACEN YORKTOWN Culinary Support Activity (CSA) consists of two (2) dining facilities: 1) the TRACEN YORKTOWN Main Dining Facility (MDF/GALLEY) is available to all TRACEN YORKTOWN personnel and base guests and 2) the Port of York (POY) dining facility serves TRACEN YORKTOWN Permanent Party, Senior Students, and visiting Dignitaries. These dining facilities are dedicated to providing full meal service and meeting the nutritional needs of USCG personnel at TRACEN YORKTOWN, providing over 395,000 meals annually. All meals are prepared/cooked by USCG Culinary Specialists (CS). CS’s belong to a highly skilled workforce who specialize in advanced culinary arts, baking, accounting, inventory management, and sanitation.
