This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (A) The combined synopsis is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under solicitation number 70Z08423QDL940006. Submit written quotes (oral quotes will not be accepted). (B) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97. Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination Number 2015-4341, revision 22, dated 12/27/2023 is applicable and is attached. (C) This acquisition is issued as Women-Owned Small Business Program Set-Aside and Firm Fixed Price. The associated NAICS code is 721110 and the small business size standard is $35 million. (D) When submitting your quotation, please utilize Attachment, Pricing Sheet. E) Description/Statement of Work/Specification: Please refer to attachment – Statement of Work (SOW) for all service requirements. (F) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance: 07 July 2023 to August 20, 2023 (G) FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors—Commercial (JAN 2017), is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition: Please see the attached RFQ terms and conditions for the submission requirements. Offerors’ quotation shall confirm to the required SOW as attached to this solicitation. The offeror shall complete pricing for the specific services listed within the attached Pricing Sheet. Any offeror not conforming to the requirements herein shall be deemed ineligible for award. (H) Evaluation FAR Provision 52.212-4: The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: LPTA (I) Offerors are required to include a completed copy of FAR Provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Items, with its Alternate I, with their offer. Offerors may complete this online at SAM: www.sam.gov. An offeror must state in their offer if they completed FAR 52.212-3 with Alternate I online and that is it up-to-date and valid.
