U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Office of Procurement and Contracting Commercial Support Services Branch (DOL-932) invites you to submit an offer to provide Full Food and Housekeeping services at USCG ATC Mobile, AL with a base period beginning on or about 01 September 2023 through 31 October 2023, with a one-month option period, if exercised by the Government ending on 30 November 2023. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 Effective date: 02 June 2023. Note : Offers from State Licensing Agencies (for Blind vendors) operating under the authority of the Randolph-Sheppard Act, 20 USC, 107(a-e), must be given a priority in accordance with regulations prescribed by the Secretary of Education at 34CFR 395.33. If an offer is received from a State Licensing Agency, the Government may consult with the Secretary of Education to determine whether any priority should be given that offer.
