This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items to provide commercial Snow Removal Services at USCG Academy, New London, CT, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z08423QAA1508 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561730, Landscaping Services. The small business size standard is $8M. This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Anticipated Period of Performance for this contract is a 6 month service with optional 6 month extension period. Estimated period of performance is 15 Dec 2022 – 14 May 2023 with an option to extend from 01 November 2023 to 30 April 2024. Offerors that have this capability are invited to submit quotations in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Offer (LPTA).
