This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE (not a pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5) to determine the capability of potential sources and the availability of commercial sources pursuant to FAR Part 10. This notice is issued by the Coast Guard Director of Operational Logistics Office of Procurement and Contracting Commercial Support Services Branch (DOL-931) Norfolk, VA to identify 8(a) Small Businesses capable of providing Grounds Maintenance/Landscaping for the U.S. Coast Guard Base Portsmouth for a base period plus four option years, if exercised by the Government, with an anticipated start date of September 2023. This Sources Sought does not constitute an Invitation for Bid or a Request for Proposals, nor should it be considered as a commitment on the part of the Government. The information received will not obligate the Government in any manner nor will the Government reimburse companies for any costs associated with submittal of this Sources Sought. All interested parties should provide responses to the contact representative below by email. Please provide your capability statement to include the following information: business size, name and address of company, point of contact along with phone number, and past performance. Past performance information should include recent and relevant contracts for the same or similar items and other references (including contract numbers, points of contact with telephone numbers and other relevant information). Interested parties are asked to furnish this information for at least three (3) contracts, ongoing or completed within the last three (3) years, for like or similar services, held with the USCG, other Government agencies or private industry. Business agencies must register a business profile with the System for Award Management (SAM).
