Amended: This notice is amended to include Attachment 1: Questionnaire. This is a Sources Sought/Market Survey announcement seeking companies that can provide all necessary materials, labor, equipment, facilities and supervision to manufacture and deliver steel ocean buoys. The Government anticipates issuing a solicitation resulting in the award of an Indefinite Delivery Requirements Type contract with fixed-price delivery orders. The contract will include an annual Economic Price Adjustment for steel and fuel. The anticipated period of performance is for a base year and four option years with an expected start date on/or about March 2023. The applicable North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 332312 – Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. A small business set-aside determination will be made based upon the results of this Sources Sought notice (i.e. if enough small business interest indicates that a set-aside for small business will result in an adequate number of responses for competition purposes).
