The Coast Guard is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) for market research purposes only. This RFI is to inquire industry and identify parties who are interest in providing detailed capability statements for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center (SILC) and Office of Civil Engineering (CG-43) at Coast Guard Headquarters in managing a $26B portfolio of real property assets using the principles of ISO 55000. The SILC maintains five Product Lines (PL); Tactical Operations, Mission Readiness, Mission Support, Waterways Operations, and Strategic Operations. Each product line has between two and three asset lines for span of control and to provide specialized management of the associated real property assets and related equipment. SILC Shared Services Divisions provide support to the Product Lines as well as direct services to operational partners. Project execution activities are completed by field units located in Providence, RI; Norfolk, VA; Miami, FL; Cleveland, OH; Seattle, WA; Oakland, CA; Juneau, AK; and Honolulu, HI.
