This Request for Proposal is issued to establish an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Firm-Fixed Price contract to provide various sizes of concrete sinkers for buoy river tenders in accordance with the attached drawings and specification for U.S. Coast Guard District Eight (8). Concrete sinkers, are used to hold buoys in place on the river bottoms of various river systems. The USCG has a need up to three separate contracts to provide concrete sinkers located within three (3) river valley areas.
