This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Coast Guard, COCO, Director of Operational Logistics (DOL-9), Base Procurement and Contracting (DOL-95), will acquire the services outlined in the solicitation utilizing procedures in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This solicitation is issued as a “Total Small Business” set aside. The NAICS code is 621910 with a size standard of $16.5 million and 621498 with a size standard of $22.0 million.
