This notice is issued by the U. S. Coast Guard Director of Operational Logistics (DOL 95) Norfolk, VA has a requirement to identify sources capable of providing for Emergency Medical Technician and Paramedic Services at USCG Base Cape Cod for a Base Period of performance beginning on or about 1 December 2021 through 30 November 2022; and four one-year option periods beginning 1 December 2022 through 30 November 2026 if exercised by the Government, for a total contract duration not to exceed five years or 60 months. The objective is that the United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement for continued contractor services to support U.S. Coast Guard Base Cape Cod. Contractor services required include, but are not limited to EMT and Paramedic Services to serve Joint Base Cape Cod. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, materials, transportation, equipment, and services required to conduct these services. All deliverables, products, and documents shall be approved by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
