The U. S. Coast Guard Shore Infrastructure Logistic Center (SILC) is procuring Grounds Maintenance Services at U.S. Coast Guard Base Elizabeth City in NC. This requirement will be 100% set aside for Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) eligible under the Women-Owned Small Business Program. The total contract value is estimated between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to perform Grounds Maintenance Services at U.S. Coast Guard Base Elizabeth City, NC. The Government will award a firm-fixed price contract to the responsible offeror whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and is determined to be the best value to the Government, as a result from utilizing the lowest price technically acceptable selection process. The anticipated contract award date is July 1, 2020 with the period of performance for the base period beginning on 1 August 2020 through 31 May 2021, with four one-year option periods (1 June 2021 through 31 May 2025). The NAICS Code is 561730 (Landscaping Services) and the size standard is $8M. The Request for Quest (RFQ) 70Z08420QAA550500 will be available on or about 17 April 202020; with offers due by 12:00 P.M. Eastern Time on 14 May 2020.
