The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award on a sole-source basis a follow-on firmfixed price contract under FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and FAR Part 6.302, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements with McClellan Business Park, LLC, 3140 Peacekeeper Way, McClellan, California for Fire Protection System Maintenance Services. McClellan Business Park, LLC, is the redevelopment business contractor and is the owner of the Fire Protection Systems at USCG Air Station Sacramento, McClellan, California. USCG Air Station Sacramento is a C-130 Fixed wing aviation unit that performs a wide range of Coast Guard mission for the Eastern Pacific Area: from the West Coast of the United States west of Canada and south along the Baja California Coast. The Air Station performs search and rescue, marine and environmental missions, and maintains a 24-hour immediate response capability. The Air Station is located on the former McClellan Air Force Base in Sacramento, CA. Under the Base Realignment and Closure Commission (BRAC), the County of Sacramento was selected as the LRA's Local Redevelopment Authority (LRA) and subsequently, McClellan Business Park, LLC was selected as the LRA's redevelopment business contractor. The LRA redevelopment business contractor will provide all management, personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, parts, maintenance and repair, and written deliverables for the maintenance of deluge systems, wet pipe sprinkler systems, foam water-dry pipe pre-action systems, fire pumps and associated diesel engine generators, and automatic fire alarm and alarm systems in accordance with the performance-based work statement. Award will be based on the McClellan Business Park, LLC technical and management capabilities to provide fire protection system maintenance services to the USCG at a fair and reasonable price for the term of the contract. The period of performance is 01 October 2021 through 30 September 2022, with four, one-year priced options. The solicitation will be issued on or before 30 April 2021 with a 30-day response time. The applicable NAICS Code is: 561621, with a size standard of $22 million.
