This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE (not a pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5) to determine the capability of potential sources and the availability of commercial sources pursuant to FAR Part 10. This notice is issued by the Coast Guard Director of Operational Logistics Office of Procurement and Contracting Commercial Support Services Branch (DOL-931) Norfolk, VA to identify businesses capable of providing Waste Water Treatment Services for the U.S. Coast Guard Sector Field Office Eastern Shore, VA for a base period plus four option years, if exercised by the Government, with an anticipated start date of May 2021. All Interested parties should provide responses to the contact representative by email. Please provide your capability statement to include the following information: business size, name and address of company, point of contact along with phone number, and past performance. Past performance information should include recent and relevant contracts for the same or similar items and other references (including contract numbers, points of contact with telephone numbers and other relevant information). Interested parties are asked to furnish this information for at least three (3) contracts, ongoing or completed within the last three (3) years, for like or similar services, held with the USCG, other Government agencies or private industry.
