SOLICITATION 70Z08419RBHQ00100 The U.S. Coast Guard, Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center (SILC), in Norfolk, VA has a requirement for fabrication of metal and aluminum buoy parts. The Contractor shall provide all material, equipment, labor, supervision, tools, transportation and other items or services necessary to fabricate and delivery Buoy Parts (Castings Parts) in accordance with U.S. Coast Guard, Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center, Waterways Operations Product Line Specifications and applicable drawings. The solicitation will be issued as a Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.5. The applicable NAICS Code is 332999 and the size standard is 750 employees. The intended contract vehicle will be a Requirements contract with fixed unit prices subject to an economic price adjustments for steel and diesel fuel; individual delivery orders will be issued pursuant to the contract when supplies are required. The period of performance is anticipated to be for a one-year Base Year and 4 one-year Option Periods (not to exceed five years if all options years are exercised by the Government). The performance period of the contract is anticipated to start in April 2019. Telephone requests for solicitation packages and amendments will be not accepted.
