The Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard, Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center (SILC), Base Support Services (BSS) is conducting Market Research through this Sources Sought Notice to help determine the availability of qualified Small Businesses (SB) to provide all labor, materials, transport and equipment as required to and from United State Coast Guard STA Milford Haven for following years of 2019 - 2023. The contractor shall be responsible for the following routine operations and maintenance services, cleaning of sand filter beds, disposal of sewage sludge, daily operational testing, and submitting sample for laboratory analysis, preparing monthly report on facility operation in accordance with the Virginia pollution Discharge Elimination System (VPDES) permit, inspection and any needed repairs. The contractor shall currently be a licensed Class IV or higher Virginia Certified Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator. The contractor shall be able to submit a photocopy of all certifications to the Contracting Officer. The capability statements received from this market research are for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The Government will not assume any costs incurred by the contractor in the preparation of responses.
