THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 5.203. A SOLICITATION IS ANTICIPATED AND FORTHCOMING. NO RESPONSES ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS NOTICE. THE OFFICIAL SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED TO www.SAM.gov ON OR AFTER JULY 13, 2023. The U.S. Coast Guard, Civile Engineering Unit (CEU), Cleveland, Ohio anticipates issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Construction requirement. The objective of this requirement is to obtain construction services of an experienced contractor to Rebuild Reedy Island/Liston Range Lights U.S. Coast Guard Aid To Navigation Team ANT Philadelphia, Delaware City, Delaware. The RFP will be posted on SAM.gov approximately 15-30 days after the publication of this notice. The RFP will be restricted to contractors with active 8(a) small business. Potential Offerors will be responsible for obtaining the solicitation and related amendments, if any, from SAM.gov after the solicitation has been posted. The Government will not maintain a mailing list. All questions must be submitted in writing and will be addressed in the forthcoming solicitation.
