The general project scope is to provide materials and services to complete the Repair Broken Froozen Pipe Water Damage/Replace HVAC System and replacement of remaining saturated interior finishes at CG Station Ashtabula to include selective drywall demolition and replacement, ceiling tile replacement, and resilient rubber flooring replacement, replace HVAC System. Remove and dispose of approximately 6410 SF of drywall to include: all drywall on the first floor; entire drywall ceiling on second floor, and various quantities and locations on the second floor. Refer to Appendix A for exact locations of drywall quantities to be replaced on the second floor. Install new drywall to replace all removed drywall. All repaired partitions and walls with newly installed drywall.
