Abstract of Offerors are attached. ******************************************************************** SOLICITATION: INVITATION TO BID PACKAGE IS ATTACHED. ******************************************************************** SYNOPSIS: THIS SOLICITATION IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE The work includes furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and tools to conduct a pre/post dredge hydrographic survey of the boat basin; dredge approximately 34,074 cubic yards of sediment by hydraulic means; and transport dredge sediment by submerged hydraulic pipeline to Fifi Island. Work is located at USCG Station Grand Isle, End of Louisiana Highway 1, Grand Isle, LA 70358. The performance period will be 120 calendar days. The estimated value of this procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2017 code is 237990. The small business size standard is a three-year average annual gross receipt of $27.5 million. Bid, payment, and performance bonds are required. All responsible sources eligible under the set-aside may submit a bid, which shall be considered by this agency.
