AMENDMENT 0001 ISSUED 4/3/19 SOLICITATION ISSUED 3/12/19 PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: THIS PROJECT IS BEING SET ASIDE FOR TOTAL HUBZONE BUSINESS CONCERN. ************************************************************************************************************************ THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE TO IDENTIFY INTERESTED CONTRACTORS TO DETERMINE THE SET-ASIDE: The U.S. Coast Guard is considering whether or not to set aside this acquisition for HUBZone concerns, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns (SDVOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business concerns (EDWOSB), or Small Business concerns. The estimated value of this procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2017 code is 237990. The small business size standard is a three-year average annual gross receipt of $36.5 million. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. The solicitation in its entirety and any amendments will be available at no charge online at http://www.fbo.gov under the above solicitation number. This project is to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, shoring, incidentals and supervision required to perform repairs to the boat house and waterfront facilities at U.S. Coast Guard Station Grand Isle, Louisiana, The work includes but not limited to the following: Repairs of the Boathouse, WPB Wharf, Rip-Rap East, Bulkhead, Floating Dock, Concrete Boat Ramp, Small Boat Piers, NOOA Pier and Electrical. All work shall be performed in accordance with the scope of work. The performance period will be 180 calendar days. At the present time, this acquisition is expected to be issued as a Small Business set aside. However, in accordance with FAR 19.1303, FAR 19.1403, and FAR 19.1505, if your firm is HUBZone certified, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), an Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) and intends to submit an offer on this acquisition, please respond by e-mail to Maureen.E.Jackson@uscg.mil with "Sources Sought for Solicitation Number “70Z08219BPMV00700" in the subject line.
