Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a small business set-aside project to replace gutter systems and paint the exterior of the main building at USCG Station Oregon Inlet in Nags Head, North Carolina. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for April 14, 2026, at the project location, which interested parties must arrange in advance. All quotes must be submitted via email by a specified deadline. Questions about the solicitation must also be submitted in writing by a specified deadline.
