The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to repair and/or replace doors, hardware, and access controls in accordance with scope of work. It is necessary to complete an assessment of the condition of existing doors and equipment in order to determine the extent of necessary repairs or replacements. Therefore, anyone interested in providing a quote must compete a site visit prior to doing so. Work to be performed at USCG STA Hatteras Inlet: 59248 Coast Guard Road, Hatteras NC 27943. All quotes must be submitted by 09/23/2025 1000 EST. All quotes must be submitted via email to luis.r.perez1@uscg.mil. Ensure block 17a (Include UEI) and pricing are completed on SF-1449 along with quote. Source Evaluation: Lowest Price Technically acceptable. Note: All visitors attempting to gain access to STA Hatteras Inlet are required to present a valid REAL ID. This requirement applies to contractors performing work on base, as well as sponsored visitors. If a person does not possess a REAL ID, they cannot be sponsored onto the installation. Individuals who arrive without a REAL ID will be denied access and turned away at the gate. If you possess a valid CAC or OMNIVEE (RAPIDGate) ID, your access process remains unchanged. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 561621. The small business standard is $25.0 Mil. All eligible responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the United States Coast Guard, however those submitting quotes that do not have an active vendor record at SAM.gov or meet the size requirements prior to the RFQ due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation.
