The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, parts, tools and materials necessary to replace the roof at the Building 37 lAW detailed SOW. This work is located at the USCG Base Elizabeth City, NC in Building 37 Electric Vault. All quotes must be submitted by Noon Eastern Time on September 3, 2025. All quotes must be submitted via email to luis.r.perez1@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c and 30a, 30b and 30c of the SF 1442, and pricing are completed before emailing. Q&A inquiries are due by August 27 at NOON EST. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238160. The small business standard is $19 mil. Pursuant to FAR 36.204, the estimated cost range is less than $25,000. All eligible responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the United States Coast Guard, however those submitting quotes that do not have an active vendor record at SAM.gov or meet the size requirements prior to the RFQ due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation.
