The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, parts, tools, and materials necessary for cleaning, pumping, inspection, analysis, and disposal of waste for an oil water separator (OWS) IAW scope of work provided. Work to be performed at USCG Base Elizabeth City, 1664 Weeksville RD, Elizabeth City, NC 27909. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on April 10, 2025. All quotes must be submitted via email to Tami.N.Clark@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c and 30a, 30b and 30c of the SF 1442, and pricing are completed before emailing. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 562211 The small business standard is $47 Mil. All eligible responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the United States Coast Guard, however those submitting quotes that do not have an active vendor record at SAM.gov or meet the size requirements prior to the RFQ due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. *Site visit is not required for this action but is highly encouraged.
