The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, parts and materials to perform preventative maintenance service on one (1) Peak Shaving Generator. Inspections in the form of visual inspections and physical testing will be performed to ensure the system(s) are in the proper operating condition and to identify any impending generator failures. Contract is base plus 4 years. Work to be performed at USCG Base Elizabeth City, 1664 Weeksville RD, Elizabeth City, NC 27909. All quotes must be submitted by 1000 Eastern Time on March 25, 2025. All quotes must be submitted via email to Luis.R.Perez1@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c and 30a, 30b and 30c of the SF 1442, and pricing are completed before emailing. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 811310 The small business standard is $12.5 million. All eligible responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the United States Coast Guard, however those submitting quotes that do not have an active vendor record at SAM.gov or meet the size requirements prior to the RFQ due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
