This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number 70Z08123QELIZ006 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2023-4, effective June 2, 2023. (iv) This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-aside pursuant to FAR 19.502-2. The NAICS code is 812320 and the small business size standard is $8.0M (v-vii) See the attached SOW and/or solicitation form for a description of the requirements, the list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, units of measure (including option(s), if applicable), date(s) and place(s) of delivery. All quotes shall be FOB destination unless specifically mentioned otherwise. (viii-xii) This solicitation incorporates by reference (Federal Acquisition Regulation) FAR 52.212-1 and 52.212-4. FAR 52.212-3 and 52.212-5 are attached. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with their offer.
