Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, material, transportation, incidentals, fees, permits, licenses, and insurance necessary to USCG Station Oak Island; 300-A Caswell Beach Road, Oak Island, NC 28465. A detailed Statement of Work (SOW) is attached. Pursuant to FAR 19.1503(b)(3), offerors must have all required WOSB eligibility documents in the WOSB Program Repository currently available at Certify.SBA.gov (Certify), at the time of their initial offer on the instant procurement. The list of required documents is provided in Certify.SBA.gov/prepare. Please note that offerors are no longer required to complete and upload SBA Form 2413, 2414 or 413 to Certify as these forms are completed online at Certify. If the apparent successful offeror does not have all documents in Certify.SBA.gov, it will be referred to the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) for a WOSB status protest. The small business standard is $39,500.000. The estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. All eligible responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the United States Coast Guard, however offerors that do not have an active vendor record at SAM.gov or meet the size requirements prior to the RFQ due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation.
